The Academic Office is responsible for Concordia’s academic endeavors, including all academic programs, research and scholarship, teaching and learning, and the full-time and part-time faculty. The Academic Office coordinates the work of the faculty in developing, teaching and assessing academic programs, along with academic support services for students.
Vice President for Academics
Leah Dvorak, Ph.D., is Vice President for Academics and Chief Academic Officer (CAO). Her most important responsibility is to ensure the implementation of Concordia’s mission in all of its academic endeavors. Her team of faculty and staff members work to provide Concordia students with an outstanding Christian education from a Lutheran perspective. Dr. Dvorak oversees Concordia’s six academic schools, as well as academic operations, faculty research and scholarship, the university libraries, interprofessional education, and the undergraduate core curriculum.
